The Luminous Landscape
This has been a long time favourite site. It's a good reference site, with essays and information about all things photographic. Some of the reviews are about medium and large format cameras, or cameras that are beyond the reach of most photographers, but they are interesting. Michael Reichman, the owner and primary contributor to the site based in Toronto, Ontario, is a teacher, photographer, reviewer and lecturer. Another good site to add to your daily checks when crusing the web.

The Online Photographer
A website established by Mike Johnston, a former photographic magazine editor and long time photographer. The site contains camera and lens reviews, Mike's take on the world as it applies to photography, insight, rants and a good dose of humour. Definitely worthwhile visiting.
